Had about 35 hours into the game a couple years back, had some issues and lost my save so ended up playing some other games. After getting platinum in bloodborne I decided to give DS3 another crack. What's the best item to get from pickle pee because as I understand you can only get one per ng cycle?

E.g at the undead settlement the hidden npc that tells you to jump in the cage. (pit of hollows covenant) if you kill the npc and attack the guy with the cage on his back you get rubbish. If you dont kill on sight you get the mound makers covenant. Its a long shot but it seems sensible as breaking chests gives you rubbish instead of treasure.

It means this: You dropped the item. It immediately converted to the item you wanted, and enacted the trade. You quit. Item is gone. You start it up, you cant get the item, because the trade was "successful," and the item was lost, due to not being picked up. It's worse, now you can't even try the trade again.
