I recently went to Meps the last week of April week, today my Recruiter contacted staying that my results on the Drug test came back positive. He stated that he may still be able to get it waived 60 days from now. My recruiter also asked me to be 100% honest with him.Failing a drug test as an applicant can throw a wrench in your plans faster than you can say, “I didn’t see that coming.”I failed my drug test at MEPS. I went to MEPS last week and everything went great with the exception of my vision, it's barely passing so I'm concerned about that also but I was told that as long as I join before my physical expires, I will be fine. Today I got a call from my recruiter that I failed my drug test at MEPS.Jesus what is with these posts. The meps drug test isn't a dip test. Its sent to the department of defense lab. You can find all that information online. If you pass a home test, there's a chance you'll pass MEPs, but not a guarentee. Dont go until you're 100% sure Or go and risk a permanent disqualification.

From what ive heard, MEPS only conducts a urine test once unless you failed the initial test then you retest (dont quote me on that one). After that, your next drug test would be taken at BCT assuming your trying army.
