Scheduled my exam June 5th and got licensed the next day and started work this week as an official RN. I used Uworld and archer to study. I personally liked uworld better than archer.

I used Uworld to its maximum efficacy. I used more than 100% of the questions and did 75 question exams daily on tutor mode and wrote 4000+ words in notes off the tutor info. I finished with a 69% and the assessment exam said I had a very high chance of passing. I will say that priority/delegating tasks is very important to the nclex people, so know what you can do as an lpn, not an RN.
