This way they litterary encouraging people to create single tribes due to tribes being so limited in tames atm no matter their member size. #12.

I just had a friend test out the server with the level increase added in and he's been Level 67 for a long time. After logging in, he jumped to Level 82. Not because the XP requirements were different but because you obviously keep earning XP after hitting the level cap. So keep that in mind when modding your servers with higher level caps.
The cap was a response to dinos on the centre hatching wild then being knocked out to get tamed again reaching crazy levels which is why ALL dinos over lvl 450 were wiped. The point of the original post was to discuss removing the cap as it serves no purpose now other than limiting how far a dino can be bred.

First, in the Game.ini file you need to make sure bUseSinglePlayerSettings is set to false and MaxDifficulty is set to false. For me, the only ways I've been able to get my minimum levels out of the single digits is: DifficultyOffset=5. OverrideOfficialDifficulty=6. With my settings this way I did see a level 240 Rex.

Lots of creatures on official have reached the point where they have one stat maxed out to that level, like turtles with health, and rexes with melee. It will remove any non-tamed dino and force an island-wide respawn immediately (you will get a lag spike of ~60 seconds). Unless you're playing SP, in which case either works. Using destroyallenemies does not, however, force respawn immediately after - they respawn over time.
