There's no such a thing as a best PvE team. There's a best vortex team, RG team, tower team, Aspen heroes, ark boss team, etc... But you'll never find one team for all of the 200 game modes this game now has. By the way, stop making E3-E2 heroes. You wasted a ***** lot of fodder by doing so. We've put together this roughly optimal progression guide for Idle Heroes as of September 2021. Transcendence heroes build Order: 1st build Sword Flash - Xia (Homeowner) is the best Transcendence hero to clear most stuff with. Can easily get you to Valiant and push VC levels in RG. Can also kill Void Ark Boss easily.

Penny over Tix is a good call due to ease of obtaining copies and then moving on to pushing aspen and a different SL, because Eloise doesn’t need help getting 20 done. And on top of this, penny carries a ton better than Tix does in void and everywhere in general. She will pair with elo far better at E5 than Tix will.
Second building. Choices are SQH (Ranger) and Sherlock (Mage). (ignis into sfx or elo depending on how it goes. Kill quick / a lot at once / big damage at once or die trying.Mihm is also terrible for PvE and isn't doing your lineup any good. A 5* Belrain, Amen-Ra, or Carrie will actually probably improve your damage over the Mihm. Team power isn't really what matters. What matters is team composition. Best improvement to your team would be replacing Mihm with a Healer (Belrain, Ormus, Amen-Ra, Gustin) or Carrie.
