So I use loadout presets a lot. On my breacher for instance, they never save grenades, which means I'm only able to spawn with explisive 1 (my C4). Also, they sometimes glitch and take each other's characteristics, which makes me lose whatever was in them (my MP7 preset having the shotgun all of a sudden). They are located at user --> appdata --> local --> insurgency --> saved --> save games --> profile --> and then watch out for the "Theater.json". So if your game resets the loadouts for some weird reason you can overwrite it with your backup.
