SCLA, honor society, NSLS, are all the same imo. I would join an honor society for your major. Where you have to get a certain major gpa and specific grade in certain classes. Sometimes these societys don't invite and you may have to find them. I am going to be applying to one after I get a mandatory B in my next semester class to qualify.
