These scholarships are funded through the Operation Round Up program. Students who apply must be graduating the current year and accepted to attend an accredited college or trade school in Indiana. Prior to joining the REMC, Mavrick worked in cyber security as a civilian at Grissom Air Reserve. A Miami County native, Mavrick grew up in Denver and graduated from North Miami High School.
