For weapon you use Kingbreaker with the Technician Linked Laser Pointer attachment, it will pulse any enemy you aim at. With Memento fully stacked and Heartbreaker stacks close to max you hit over 1 mil per bullet with your AR, sometimes 1.2-1.3 mil per bullet. Heroic enemies go down fast, you also have good survivability.
