If you think it is a jetting issue (that is to say, you KNOW it is not an ignition problem), and you think it is leaning out on the top end, you would go up on your main jet, not your pilot. Again, assuming everything else is working OK, start with a true plug chop and see what it looks like.

There may be some stock Rs transmissions out there that are holding up, but if you really check into them close, they are probably not binding those rear tires up grabbing every inch of traction they can get.
